We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Since our products are digital content delivered instantly, refund eligibility depends on the circumstances described below. All purchases are processed by Stripe.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:

  • Technical failure: The reading failed to generate due to a technical error on our end and you did not receive the content.
  • Duplicate purchase: You were charged more than once for the same reading or bundle.
  • Unsatisfactory quality: The reading was substantially incomplete, incoherent, or clearly not based on your chart data.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:

  • You have read and consumed the full content of a delivered reading.
  • You disagree with the astrological interpretation (readings are based on classical texts and AI analysis, and interpretations may vary from other sources).
  • The refund request is made more than 7 days after purchase.
  • The purchase was made with the intent to obtain content without payment.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@purplestarchart.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include your email address (used for the purchase), the date of purchase, and a brief description of the reason for your request.
  3. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed by Stripe to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider but typically takes 5-10 business days.

Once a refund is issued, the associated reading or content will be revoked from your account.
