The Wealth Palace 財帛宮 in Rabbit 卯 pairs Purple Star 紫微 (Neutral) with Greedy Wolf 貪狼 (Trapped). Purple Star is rank and command. Greedy Wolf is appetite, but trapped it turns outward, toward ambition and desire for influence rather than for possessions. The result is a man whose wealth is authority.
The documented finances fit. A 2025 report based on his financial disclosures showed no reported U.S. property or major investments, a retirement account under about $2,000, music royalties of up to about $5,000, and four acres in Uganda valued at roughly $150,000 to $250,000. His declared net worth was roughly $2,000 apart from the land. That contrasts with the $125.8 billion budget he negotiated with the City Council in June 2026.

The Property Palace 田宅宮 in Dog 戌 holds Celestial Unity 天同 (Trapped) and Yang Blade 擎羊. Celestial Unity is shelter and comfort, but trapped it is comfort that has to be fought for, and Yang Blade cuts the path with disputes. This is the palace of the tenant, not the landlord. He worked as a housing counselor helping people facing eviction after 2014, and the 2025 disclosure reports no U.S. property.
The mayoral record keeps returning to this palace. The June 2026 budget agreement carried $175 million for housing-voucher access for New Yorkers facing eviction or homelessness who were not previously eligible for CityFHEPS. Yang Blade's litigious edge appears in the July 2026 decision to end the CityFHEPS litigation. In October 2026 he announced 386 affordable homes in East New York, with 453 more moving forward.
2027 gives this palace its strongest backing. Transform Power 化權 of the year lands on Celestial Unity here, authority over housing. The Friends Palace 交友宮 in Rat 子 holds Sun 太陽, Trapped, with Transform Power 化權, plus Left Assistant 左輔 and Peach Blossom 桃花. The Sun placed at midnight is light that has to be carried into dark rooms. It shines brightest when it works outside the establishment's daylight, which fits his path of grassroots organizing: Students for Justice in Palestine at Bowdoin, the El-Yateem and Barkan campaigns, tenant work in Queens. Hua Quan gives that following real authority, and Left Assistant supplies dependable helpers.
Peach Blossom is magnetism, and it explains why his social-media presence and culturally fluent style are so often noted.
