Right Assistant

Right Assistant (右弼) is one of the two key Auxiliary Stars in the Northern Dipper group, Left Assistant (左輔). Its classical elemental nature is Yang Water carrying Earth. As the name suggests, its core function is to assist, support, and provide subtle, behind-the-scenes aid. Unlike the overt leadership of stars like Purple Star, Right Assistant operates through diplomacy, networking, and strategic help. It is considered a universally favorable star that amplifies the qualities of other stars it meets, making good patterns better but also potentially exacerbating negative influences.

In career, Right Assistant signifies having helpful colleagues, mentors, or subordinates, facilitating teamwork and smooth execution of plans.
